Hobbies can take many forms, but some passions grow so deeply that they become a way of life. For me, that passion is river fish. It began in childhood with simple fishing trips near our village river—because my home is located right beside the river and very close to a bustling fish market. My father was a traditional fisherman, and I grew up surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the river and fish.
That passion gradually evolved into photography, video creation, experimenting with recipes, research, and being actively involved in the business aspects of fish. Although I don’t run a fish farm myself, I spend a lot of time with those who do—learning from their practices and observing closely how the work is done.
It all started with photography and videography. I was fascinated by the behavior of fish in the clear river water, their graceful movement in a natural setting. I began to film and share these moments so others could enjoy the beauty as well.
Next came the recipes. I began exploring how to cook river fish in the tastiest way possible. I experimented with traditional cooking styles, revived lost recipes, and even created some of my own. These were shared on videos and blog posts to inspire other fish lovers.
Then I ventured into research—studying different species of river fish, their characteristics, breeding patterns, and diet. I traveled across the country, gathering photographs and information to build a comprehensive understanding.
Finally, I became involved in the business side—marketing, processing, and helping deliver the best quality river fish to people. I’ve experienced fish trading firsthand, spent time at the wholesale markets, and worked closely with farmers to understand the full ecosystem.
The journey is ongoing, and I truly believe that the most beautiful dreams often start with a simple passion. I hope your love, encouragement, and support stay with me throughout this journey.
